It is always very difficult to define anything as vibrant and dynamic as a school in a few short words, but we know that if we could bottle the spirit of King’s we’d be onto a real winner. We also know what we are trying to do and that
our aims are lofty, but also, we believe, achievable.
The spirit of King’s is defined by the dedication of all of our staff, both teachers and non-teachers, and by the courage and commitment of our pupils. An education at The King’s School, Ely is not a preparation for life; it is life. Every day, for each of us who is lucky enough to be a member of the King’s community, happens only once, and we believe that it should be embraced and lived to the full.
